Yoga for Golfers™
Developed by internationally-acclaimed fitness expert Katherine Roberts, Yoga for Golfers™ is a revolutionary program that delivers the total golf conditioning system for the body and mind.
Since she began offering the 7-week series, Susan has witnessed first-hand the incredible results this workshop can yield, including:
- Increased flexibility and strength to provide greater distance and accuracy off the tee
- Enhanced breathing awareness to facilitate rythm and tempo of swing
- A quieter mind resulting in sharpened concentration and visualization capabilities
- Improved overall fitness accompanied by a reduced risk of injury and recovery time
- Better balance for more effective club control and weight distribution
Yoga for Cross-Training (previously Yoga for Wellness II)
This bi-weekly class concentrates on opening all major muscle groups and joints by working through a full range of motion with an emphasis on stregthening the core, back, hips and shoulders. In addition, Yoga for Wellness II is a great cross-training alternative for any athlete.
