Class Schedule
Tuesday: 9.00AM @ Lookout Mountain Golf Club. A beginning yoga class. Changes weekly to meet the individual students needs.
Tuesday: 12:00PM @ Downtown Sports Barn. A power yoga class, suitable for the beginning student or the continuing student. Rigorous and challenging with a lot of attention to proper alignment and breath.
Thursday: 12:00PM @ Downtown Sports Barn. Rigorous and challenging yoga class for the continuing student. Prior yoga experience is required.
Wednesday: 9:00 am @ Clear Spring Yoga Studio on the Northshore. A gentle class that stretches all muscle groups especially the shoulders, back, and hips. Suitable for students experiencing pain in the joints, or the athlete searching to find balance and flexibility.
Private yoga and yoga therapy are available Monday through Friday by appointment only. Private sessions are conducted at either Clear Spring Yoga Studio or the Sports Barn Downtown. Please call Susan directly at (423)987-5365 to schedule.
