Class Schedule

Monday: 12PM Beginning Class at Downtown Sports Barn-A true beginner class, designed to help the beginner become comfortable with the basic yoga postures, props, and language. Many therapeutic postures are also offered.
Tuesday: 9 AM- Beginning Yoga at Lookout Mountain Golf Club. A gentle class designed for someone new to yoga as well as a long time practitioner. This class is geared towards relaxation, breathing techniques and stretching for all parts of the body.
Wednesday: 9AM at Clear Spring Yoga Studio on the North Shore. A gentle class that stretches all muscle groups especially the shoulders, back, and hips. Suitable for students experiencing pain in the joints, or the athlete searching to find balance and flexibility.
Monday Evening: 6:00 to 7:15PM Yoga for Golfers (Birdie Class)--at Clear Spring Yoga Studio on the North Shore. Susan is the only true certified Yoga for Golfers instructor in the city of Chattanooga and the only yoga instructor with a true understanding of the biomechanics of the golf swing offers a class that will help the dedicated player develop breathing awareness, improved sense of balance, improved swing rotation, and reduced chance of injury and increased recovery time allowing the player to become a healthier golfer. This class is rigorous and challenging and prior yoga experience is required.
